Cheminformatics Development Suite

Scilligence Cheminformatics Development Suite (DevSuite) is a complete toolkits for developers to build .NET, web applications utilizing Scilligence Chem and Bioinformatics tool.  DevSuite contains following key modules:

  1. JSDraw - Font-End: Chemical/biological structure editor and viewer
  2. MolEngine - Middle Tier: cheminformatics toolkit, containing almost all cheminformatics algorithms you need.  MolEngine.Draw is also included in MolEngine, which can be used in .NET client to create Click-Once applications.
  3. MolSQL - Database Tier: chemistry cartridge to perform high performance chemical structure searchs within a SQL Server database.
  4. JSDraw.WebServices - A set of web ervices to feed JSDraw client for extended functions, such as performing name-to-structure, reading/writing variety of chemical files
  5. MolEngine.WebServices - A set of SOAP webservices for third parties to access MolEngine functions through SOAP interface.
